Home

Casa Fontanacce is a three-bedroom stone farmhouse with a grand fireplace. It is located a short walk from a grotto where San Francesco slept and beneath an ancient castle which was home to historical figures like Cesare and Lucrezia Borgia. The valley is home to hundreds of olive and fruit trees and an array of wildlife. Exceptional restaurants can be found in the neighboring towns of Guardea, Amelia, Lugnano in Teverina, Orvieto, and Alviano. It includes a dozen olive trees with the opportunity to purchase more.

Price

Casa Fontanacce is being furnished and will be offered at $150,000 or 50% fractional ownership with Progetto for $75,000.

The three-bedroom home projects annual rental revenue of $30,000 after Progetto’s management fee.
