The house lies beneath two ancients castles and overlooks a valley with hundreds of olive and fruit trees and incredible wildlife. The neighboring historic towns of Guardea, Amelia, Lugnano in Teverina, Orvieto, and Alviano have exceptional restaurants, countrysides, and history.

The spectacular hillside has a thriving international community of ex-pats and locals, across the picturesque small and mid-sized towns from Orvieto to Amelia. Your neighbors homes are ensconced in their own olive groves, each with hundreds of trees. Once you make some friends, countryside pools and wisteria-covered dinners await—there are ample opportunities for friends and family to visit and rent nearby.
