Chalet Le Feste is a classic Italian chalet embedded in a vast mountain range. The ample first floor is devoted to kitchen and dining rooms, with four bedrooms-studios on the second and third levels and a beautiful top floor living room view of the peaks. Careful plasterwork throughout unites contemporary clarity and traditional craft.

Casa Fontanacce

The stone farmhouse looks out over olive trees to the wildlife sanctuary at Lago Alviano—a last gathering point of the Tiber above Rome.

Casa Fontanacce is a two-bedroom stone farmhouse with calming plaster walls and a grand fireplace. The house lies beneath two ancients castles and overlooks a valley with hundreds of olive and fruit trees and incredible wildlife. An ample multi-use studio space serves as space for art and exercise. Neighboring historic towns have exceptional restaurants, countrysides, and history.
